- Conference room can be used for large theater style seating for an audience of approximately 250
- Catering kitchen available for breakfast, lunch and dinner meetings.
- Large conference room can be partitioned for smaller meetings. Smallest section can seat up to 100 theater style or 70 with tables. Larger section can seat up to 150 or 100 with tables and has a 200 inch diagonal projector.
Video can be projected on the screen and audio broadcast on 14 ceiling speakers. This applies to either transmitted or received audio/video content.
Presenter has access to a document camera for showing paper graphics, newspaper clips, etc. or 3D objects such as a manufacturing component.
Presenter has the ability to play back either VHS, DVD, CD, or make a presentation from their own laptop.
Presenter can annotate and save over an existing presentation, create a whole new presenting within software, and control computer from the podium interactive pen display.
