The Sadler Bereavement and Education Conference Center offers an outstanding venue for conferences, meeting, receptions, and trainings for businesses, and organizations. The 3,500 square foot high tech conference center will provide all the amenities for either a large business event or a smaller more intimate meeting.

  • Conference room can be used for large theater style seating for an audience of approximately 250
  • Catering kitchen available for breakfast, lunch and dinner meetings.
  • Large conference room can be partitioned for smaller meetings. Smallest section can seat up to 100 theater style or 70 with tables. Larger section can seat up to 150 or 100 with tables and has a 200 inch diagonal projector.


  • Video Projection

    Video can be projected on the screen and audio broadcast on 14 ceiling speakers. This applies to either transmitted or received audio/video content.

  • Document Camera

    Presenter has access to a document camera for showing paper graphics, newspaper clips, etc. or 3D objects such as a manufacturing component.

  • Playback Options

    Presenter has the ability to play back either VHS, DVD, CD, or make a presentation from their own laptop.

  • Podium Interactions

    Presenter can annotate and save over an existing presentation, create a whole new presenting within software, and control computer from the podium interactive pen display.

  • Recording possibilities

    Multiple camera to capture, transmit, or record presenter or audience images.

  • Lighting & Other Controls

    Presenter has control over lighting, volume, mic volume, projector inputs-all from the podium.

  • Microphones

    Podium, wireless handheld, and lavalier microphones available.

  • Internet Connections

    Capability to connect up to 90 personal laptops to the internet for on-line tutorials.
