General Inpatient Care:(GIP)
*Short – term, acute care Provided for pain control or other acute symptom management that cannot feasibly be managed in any other setting. The hospice team and physicians work together to stabilize the patient so that he/she can return to his/her residence at the Routine Home Care level of care.
Residential / End- of- Life- Option
If a patient is unstable to return home or remain in his/her home, the patient and family will decide with the medical team on the best option for the patient. Considered Routine Home Care, the patient will receive care 24 hrs/day at a rate of $275/day. Medical care is typically reimbursed by insurance.
Respite Care
Short-term, inpatient care for up to five (5) consecutive days. Respite stay is planned in advance and intended to provide family member/caregiver relief.
